Why we’re hiring
We are currently looking for an Internal Communications Senior Advisor to join our Internal Communications (IC) Content team to ensure timely delivery of products and services related to key internal channels and logistical support. This role acts as a strategic content development and implementation partner for Shell business stakeholders and as an operations planner across the global IC content team.

Your role/scope
This role is within the IC Centre of Excellence (CoE), established to develop and execute Shell’s internal communications strategy on a global basis. The CoE supports the delivery of Shell’s business goals and priorities by ensuring consistency in strategy, systems, processes and tools across corporate, business and functional internal communications. The key objectives of the CoE are to:
- Connect staff with strategy to ensure each employee understands their personal contribution to the company’s success
- Connect leaders with staff at all levels to strengthen employee engagement and motivation and drive a high performance culture
- And connect Shell with the external world and customers.

Requirements; What we need from you
This role requires proven process and project management skills, excellent writing and creative content development skills and a producer mindset to execute in an effective and timely manner with desired communications outcomes in mind.

As a senior communications professional you will have significant experience in developing, managing and executing strategic communications in support of business objectives, and skills across the broader communications function to enable successful strategic counsel. You will also have the experience in securing the trust of senior leaders and contributing as a trusted advisor.

In addition, you should also have the following:
- Evident business acumen gained in an operating company or global business environment Demonstrated ability to deliver successfully through others, influence without authority and build collaborative relationships focused on shared outcomes
- Proven capabilities to deliver under time pressures and shifting priorities
- Experience in juggling multiple activities, managing budgets and evaluating impacts.
