The purpose of this survey is to analyze the usage of a company's internal Knowledge Management System (KMS). In the questionnaire below, we will consider Online Communities as KMS. The benefits of using the internal KMS for a company are well understood, but through this study, we will try to determine how a company can influence its usage.
